Hello! I'm Macie Manning, the heart and hands behind Desert Rose Home Staging. Home staging isn't just my profession—it's my passion. My goal is to create spaces that connect with people, making them feel truly at home the moment they step inside.

The Process of Staging
I believe that successful staging is the art of using marketing and design techniques to create an environment that buyers can connect with. "If I buy this house, I can live like this" is the connection I'm creating. To do this, I use the art of "positioning" to create several "emotional connection points" throughout the home, so when a buyer steps into the house, they "feel at home"...like this home is IT!
My process includes a combination of several things that I analyze in each room, to create a lasting impression for the homebuyer.
How I Work
My approach to home staging is tailored to each unique space and target market. I start every project with a detailed consultation to understand my clients' needs and goals. From there, I create a staging report that outlines my findings, along with an offer to help with the transformation. If we decide to work together, I can take care of everything from furniture rental to all of the final touches, so my clients can sit back and relax.
What I do
I walk-through and view every detail of the home, identifying areas that need repair and/or TLC. I advise of the necessity of removing clutter and de-personalizing the home, and effective ways to do so. I then provide insight and ideas of ways to modernize, if needed or desired, and determine how we're going to create the "emotional connection points" (which is the most fun for me!).
